Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and include original packaging (if applicable), along with proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare products, applicators, or similar personal care items may be non-returnable.

Email us at Rroswell21@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation. If approved, we will send return instructions.

Do not send items back without authorization.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
